Plain terms. Read them before you pay.

Your stuff is yours
Everything you submit is yours. Photos, logos, video, copy, phone numbers, customer lists, and anything else you send or upload. You say you have the right to use it. You let C3H8 Media LLC use it only to build, host, and improve your site, to run a drip you asked for, and to send leads the way you asked.
If you leave, you keep your stuff. We do not claim it.
The site is not yours to copy
The site we build, the design, the templates, the code, and C3H8 are C3H8 Media LLC’s. You get to use the live site while you pay. You do not get a copy you can stand up somewhere else.
You will not copy the site, or let someone else copy it, and redeploy it on another host, for you or for anyone else. “Someone else” includes a web person, another vendor, an employee, or a company that wants the same site.
If it gets copied and redeployed
If the site is copied and redeployed in violation of this, you owe C3H8 Media LLC liquidated damages equal to twenty-four months of the monthly fee then in effect (two years of payments). At $99 a month that is $2,376. If the monthly fee has changed, it is twenty-four times the fee in effect at the time of the breach.
That amount is the agreed damages for the copy-and-redeploy, not a penalty stacked on top of other theft. We can still take the site down and stop service.
What you are buying
$99 a month. The site, hosting, a login to talk to our robot, C3H8, and the lead setup. No setup fee. You can add your own media and numbers, and ask for a new page or navigation.
Optional add-on: $49 a month for a drip to your list. We write it, point it at a Calendly, and set it up. When that sequence is done, we ask what you want to offer next. Your list stays yours. You say you have the right to email those people.
C3H8 is a robot built just for you by propane, oil and HVAC experts.
The sample
The sample is free and is not a license to use that design as your live site. If you like it, you sign up. If you don’t, you don’t owe us, and you don’t use the sample as your website.
First 30 days
Use it for free for 30 days. On us. Then $99 a month.
Cancel
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the work C3H8 does for you, you can cancel any time without a penalty. Stop paying and the site comes down. You keep what you submitted. You still may not copy or redeploy the site.
